1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Optimize My GEO ("OMG AI", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Ilash Creative, the operator of optimizemygeo.com.
2. Description of Service
OMG AI analyzes websites for AI search visibility and provides reports, recommendations, and optimization guidance. The free tier provides a one-time audit. Paid plans provide recurring weekly reports delivered by email.
AI visibility scores and citations are estimates based on publicly available website content and our analysis methodology. They are not guarantees of search ranking or citation by any third-party AI platform.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase for new subscribers who have not received a weekly report.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
5. Intellectual Property
Reports generated for your website are yours to use. OMG AI retains rights to the underlying analysis methodology, software, and platform design. You may not reproduce or resell our reports as your own product.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific improvements in AI search visibility, citation rates, or search rankings. Results vary by website, industry, and AI platform behavior, which is outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilash Creative's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
