1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address when you create an account, and business details you enter during onboarding (business name, website URL, city, industry, and website platform). We also collect website URLs you submit for analysis and the AI visibility reports generated from those analyses.

We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and the timing of interactions. We use Supabase for database storage and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our AI visibility analysis service
• Generate and deliver your weekly AI visibility reports
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send service-related emails including weekly reports and account notifications
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Website URLs you submit may be crawled by our analysis system; public-facing website content is processed to generate your report.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and reports for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at hello@optimizemygeo.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@optimizemygeo.com. You may also cancel your subscription and close your account from the account settings page.
