How do I cancel?+
Cancel any time from your account page. No penalty, no hoops. Your past reports stay saved so you can still view your history.
How is Managed billed?+
Managed is $499 a month, or $399 a month billed quarterly ($1,197 every 3 months). Pro, with everything published for you, is $649 a month or $549 billed quarterly. It's one subscription, and you can move back to Starter any time.
What happens if I switch plans?+
You can move between Starter, Pro, and Enterprise whenever you want. Your new plan's coverage takes effect from your next weekly scan.
Are there any contracts?+
No contracts. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time.
